Explaining
meanings of some terms, related to different reviews, are considered to make
you understand well to understand the related review, correctly. Know some
important terms to be a good parent:
Last
Menstrual Period (LMP):
Woman’s menstrual flow continues for three to five days, normally. When a woman
becomes pregnant, her menstrual cycle stops and the same condition continues till the child birth or even for a few months onwards, after the child- birth.
In the beginning of the pregnancy period, when the last menstrual flew,that first day of the last mensuration is counted as the Date of last menstrual period
of that very pregnant mother. Calculating LMP date is a most essential part for
all the routine and even random check-ups of a pregnant mother.
Miscarriage: when a pregnancy
destroys itself with bleeding due to accident, mother’s low health conditions
or any other reason, before 6 months 15 days from the Last Menstrual Period
(LMP) date.
Abortion: when pregnancy destroys by itself
due to miscarriage reasons or is removed by the doctor on or after 6 months 15
days from the date of last menstrual period (LMP).
Pre-term
Birth: when the child
birth takes place in between 6 months 15 days and 8 months 14 days from the
date of last menstrual period (LMP).
Mature
Birth: When the child
birth takes place on 8 months 15 days or afterwards.
